“证券法”用英语怎么说？

　　财经委副主任委员尹中卿介绍，今年4月下旬，常委会将安排审议证券法修订草案，如果顺利的话，经过二审或者三审，年内可以出台。
　　The National People's Congress, the country's top legislature, is likely to approve the amendment to the Securities Laws this year, paving way for the much-awaited reform of the new-share sales mechanism.
　　我国最高立法机构常委会今年或同意“证券法”修定案，为备受期待的新股票发行制度铺平道路。
　　证券法即the Securities Laws,自1998年制定以来，这份证券法修订草案（draft amendment）是目前为止最全面的，若顺利或年内出台。
　　财经委副主任委员尹中卿表示，目前形成的修订草案新增了一百多条内容，修改了一百多条内容，删除了二十多条内容。比如，修定案增加了对小股东现金红利（cash dividends ）的内容，取消国内企业在海外市场发行证券（issue securities in overseas markets）的行政审批（administrative approvals）。
　　尹中卿表示，此次修订证券法是为推动以市场为导向的证券业（promote a market-driven securities sector）, 遏制行政管制和干预（rein in administrative control and intervention），加强机构的监督（ enhance regulators' oversight），更好地保护个人投资者的利益（protect individual investors' interest）。分析人士指出，证券法修订草案有利于推动股票发行从核准制（approval-based IPO system）向注册制（registration-based system）过渡。
