The death toll from a factory blast in east China's Jiangsu Province rose to 75 on Monday as a senior official in charge of the country's work safety said "very serious dereliction of duty" was behind the accident.
江苏昆山工厂的粉尘爆炸(dust explosion)被认定为“重大责任事故”(very serious dereliction of duty),原因为粉尘浓度超标(excessive concentration of dust),遇到火源发生爆炸。
